This workshop is designed for agency leaders who are ready to make a meaningful investment in their business. It’s ideal for digital agencies with teams of 5 to 25 people, regardless of revenue, who are seeking clarity, strategy, and momentum heading into 2027. Whether you’re a current An Agency Story client or new to the community, you’ll be part of a thoughtful, growth-minded group of peers.
Your registration covers everything you need to fully engage in the retreat experience. That includes a light breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages on both days, along with all programming, materials, and hands-on tools to help you build your 2027 plan. You’ll also receive post-event support to keep you on track well after the retreat ends. Travel and hotel accommodations are not included, but we’ll be sharing preferred lodging options near the venue. Pricing is per agency, see details below for those with more than one attendee.

If you have a business partner or key team members who help drive strategy and make big-picture decisions, this retreat is a great opportunity to align your leadership team around a shared plan. You can bring up to 5 additional people from your agency at a rate of $350 per person.
The workshop takes place Monday and Tuesday, November 9th & 10th, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day. We recommend arriving on Sunday, November 8th, and departing on Wednesday, November 12 (or taking a late flight out Tuesday night if needed). There will be an optional evening gathering after Day 1 for anyone who wants to connect further.
The workshop will take place at a location to be determined within the Dallas metroplex.
This isn’t a one-and-done event. Every attendee will receive 90 days of post-workshop support designed to keep the momentum going. That includes a structured email follow-up sequence, access to a private Slack group for peer support and accountability, and a 1-1 check-in in early 2027.
Absolutely. This workshop is intentionally designed to foster connection, not just content. Day 1 in particular offers multiple opportunities to engage with other agency owners through guided discussions, breakout sessions, and a relaxed evening gathering. That said, all interaction is optional, you’ll have the space to engage at your own pace and comfort level. You’ll leave with not only a plan but also a community of peers to support you along the way.
