The Starting Point

We clarified what Monarch’s work was truly worth, established a real pricing floor, and identified the accounts that were actively eroding margin. Moving legacy clients up or out and enhancing the sales process with value and outcomes instead of features and benefits.

Protect CEO Time (“Client Zero”)

We built a repeatable rhythm that ensured Holly could lead the business before the business consumed her.

A key implementation: Client Zero, protecting portions of her time for strategy and leadership focus, the proverbial working on the business not in it. Holly began finding more energy and getting ahead of challenges, not merely keeping up with them.

Build Leadership Leverage Through the Team

We shifted Holly’s leadership style from “answering” to “asking” so the team learned how to think, plan, brief, and solve.

The Results

Growth started to feel lighter, clearer, and more controllable.
